Must have
- Has done B2B sales before — calls, pitches, closings (any industry)
- Confident on Zoom/Google Meet with international clients
- Strong spoken and written English
- Can handle objections without panicking — especially price pushback
- Understands basic software project scoping (doesn’t need to code, but can’t be clueless)
Good to have
- Has sold digital services before — marketing, dev, design, SaaS
- Has used any CRM — even HubSpot free or a Notion pipeline
- Familiar with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or cold email
- Experience closing $1,000–$5,000 ticket deals

- Self-motivated — commission-only people who need pushing won’t be a fit
- Honest pipeline — reports real status, not inflated leads
- Hungry for income — the best closers are motivated by the math
